Sh*t! That Felt Good!

A recent British study revealed that swearing, cursing, what have you helps to minimize pain.  Dropping a mf’er might actually help you get over that stubbed toe a bit quicker than if you said, Dang Nabbit!

I knew there was a reason it has been so hard to kick the swearing habit.  For the past few years, since kids really, I have tried over and over again to find better alternatives to dropping the F bomb.  Somehow though saying “Son of a biscuit!” doesn’t quite work as well as the real profane thing.  Hearing my three year-old use the word ‘dammit’ correctly has helped, I’ll admit.

Maybe I just need to find some balance?
